Allen Stalvey

Allen Stalvey served as a medic in the U.S. Air Force, then graduated Summa Cum Laude (4.0 GPA) with a degree in Business Management and Information Systems from the University of South Florida. While serving in senior leadership positions at IBM for 25 years he led multi-million dollar global initiatives that focused on business process transformation, product management, software development, and technical support—motivating winning teams that exceeded their goals, He then served as head of operations for a number of innovative small business start-ups where he aided in the creation and executition of the corporate business plans, marketing plans, advertising strategies, vendor engagement strategies, launch strategies, and inventory management processes and tools that led to improved operational efficiencies, increased revenues, and greater bottom-line profitability. Allen is the author of the Success Empowerment Program and is a Success Empowerment Coach and the VP of Operations for Corganics in Dallas, TX.
